Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or services.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
  • Follow company protocols and maintain high service standards.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and changes in company services

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with computers and customer service software (training will be provided).
    • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
